Symptoms

Incorrect error is displayed while entering invalid account number.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with retail user.
2. Navigate to "Setup->Manage Payee & Billers"
3. Select Radio button "Payee"
4. Edit any "Internal Payee"
5. Enter invalid account number.
6. Click on "Save" button.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to see valid error.
