Bill Payment Transaction Does Not Show Confirmation Screen Unless User Closes The Cut Off Message (Doc ID 2708289.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bill payment confirmation screen is not displayed until user closes cut off message.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Bill payment confirmation screen should displayed without user closes cut off message.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail/Corporate user.
2. Perform one Bill payment transaction by navigating to "Payment & Transfer->Bill Pay"
3. On review screen, cut off message is displayed.
4. Even though transaction is completed, Confirmation page is not displayed until user closes cutoff message.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view confirmation page without closing cutoff message.
