Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SYSTEM allows User to save a BC Contract even after Mark EOTI stage is completed
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SYSTEM should validate and throw error if any Non EOD User is logged in after End of Day has been started
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Keep a User logged in
2. Execute first stage of EOD - Mark EOTI
3. Verify if SYSTEM throws error that User is currently active
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, BC Contract initiation is fired during EOD window due to which accounting entries may get tanked causing mismatch
