LC Transfer Operation - System wrongly updating Claim Date

During the Letter of credit transfer operation, the system is wrongly updating the claim date in the Final Stage. So, unable to save or authorize the contract due to this issue.
In the initial stage the LC transfer contract is getting saved.

LC-VALS-550 - Claim date is only applicable for guarantee contracts

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the LC contract.
2. Unlock and move it to final stage.
3. Verify whether the LC is successfully saved in the final stage.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully complete final stage
