Bulk Files (File Level) Approved by Authorizer Gets Stuck In Approved Stage (Doc ID 2708481.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Bulk files are getting stuck in ''Approved' stage at OBDX application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Uploaded files should go through all stages at OBDX and should be processed
further at host application.

STEPS
---------

1. Login into OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) application.
2. Navigate to File Upload.
3. Upload a file and monitor the progress as it traverses through different steps.
4. File gets stuck in APPROVED stage after Authorization and doesn't move beyond that.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, file upload done by users does not get completed / processed after APPROVAL.

Changes

No changes made to the environment causes this Issue. It is quite random and intermittent in nature. Also, this occurs only for File Level Uploads.
