Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a retailer/corporate user is trying to login in the second attempt by using biometric(fingerprint) option, then login failed error is appearing in the iOS OBDX mobile application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Always the alternates login should work by using the biometric(fingerprint) option in iOS OBDX mobile application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A new user registered by using the biometric(fingerprint) option in alternate login
2. Then logout
3. Again login with that user by enabling alternate login
4. take fingerprint
5. the invalid login failed error will occur.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to log in by biometric(fingerprint) every time.
