Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Admin user is trying to search for a specific user and click on the hyperlink to retrieve the user details, the same is not visible
and a blank page is shown on the front end.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User details should be visible on the front end when the Admin user clicks on the username in User Management.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login as a Admin User in OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Application and search for the specific user (Example : Rkshxxxxx)
2. Click on Search - the username along with status will be visible.
3. Click on the hyperlink to retrieve the data- A blank page is visible
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Admin user cannot see the data of the Retail User, due to which any edit or reset password operations cannot be done.
Changes
No changes done to the Application causes this Issue.
