Cannot Search Clearing Transaction With FunctionID 6514 (Doc ID 2708775.1)

Cannot Search Clearing Transaction with function ID 6514 failed with below error


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1). Login with teller user to do 6514
2). Input outward cheque detail then press [pickup] and [save]. 
3). Transaction saved successfully
4). Check transaction in Workflow screen by using with FunctionID = 6514
5). It show “completed” for all transactions in total, among them 1 for CG 
6). Click on CG to see transaction detail
7). This error occurs "WF-2065 : Transaction Status Changed. Please Refresh the Task List"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search the clearing transaction with function id 6514
