Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to view records for upcoming Payments to cancel the same, the records are not being fetched
and there is a performance lag observed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When trying to view the records for upcoming Payments, the records should be fetched in acceptable time limits
and there should be no performance lag observed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Retail User from OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Application
2. Go to Upcoming Payments and search for the upcoming payments


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see their upcoming payments.

Changes

 The issue is caused if user has a significant number of Standing Instructions.
