RC-E General Fed instructions:
When reporting brokered deposits in these items, the funds should be categorized as deposits of “Individuals, partnerships, and corporations,” “States and political subdivisions in the U.S.,” or “Commercial banks and other depository institutions in the U.S.” based on the beneficial owners of the funds that the broker has placed in the bank.

Enhancement to support RC-E/HC-E (and other reports) based on beneficiary customers. sub-product-codes at account level which currently identifies if the given deposit is retail/corporate/US sovereign/etc based on ultimate beneficiary. V_CUST_REF_CODE on these deposit account may be another entity or other agents like deposit brokers
