Unable To Run IOS Watch Application In Patchset (Doc ID 2709601.1)

When build and run the application on the watch simulator,
the following error occurs.

1.Splash screen only visible.
2.Workspace stop in thread.
3.The following Xcode logs after running application.
  1.createViewController:className:properties:contextID:info:gestureDescriptions:clientIdentifier:interfaceControllerCreationCompletion:]:3200: Couldn't instantiate class _TtC18OBDXWatchFramework19InterfaceController
  2.createViewController:className:properties:contextID:info:gestureDescriptions:clientIdentifier:interfaceControllerCreationCompletion:]:3201: Critical failure. Simulating crash: Condition failed:"NO". Couldn't instantiate class

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OBDX watch application clean and build.
2. Run the application on a watch simulator (watch series 5(44mm)).
3. Application Stop running on the splash screen.
