Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SYSTEM has allowed cash withdrawal even though the Facility attached has expired

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Cash withdrawal with line expired should be denied with appropriate error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick an Account attached to a facility
2. Make the Facility to expire
3. Try Cash withdrawal transaction from the account and check if the transaction is successful

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Accounts with limit expired are still debited leading to incorrect Available balance and OD amount
