Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

1. Customer Service/Collection Screens : Collateral HOME screen
ISSUE : Addressline1 and AddressLine2 Missing

2. Origination/App Entry: Collateral HOME screen
ISSUE : County not displayed in spite of data in DB. Due to mixed case in the value of county system is expecting CAPS letters
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer Service/Collection Screens : Collateral HOME screen should display the  Addressline1 and AddressLine2 in Grid details

Origination/App Entry: Collateral HOME screen County should be displayed whether the value is in mixed case or CAPITAL letters

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Customer Service/Collection Screens : Collateral HOME screen
2. Check whether Addressline1 and AddressLine2 present in the grid details
3. Go to Origination/App Entry: Collateral HOME screen
4. Check the data in County. Check the data in database. Check whether the value in the database is in CAPITAL letters

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users not able to validate the customer location for account processing and application processing.
