When user is trying to modify the settlement details in DV Contract screen,System throws error

'ST-SAVE-054 - Failed to Save'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Load DVDTRONL screeen with one contract which is saved but not yet authorized.
2) Click unlock button and visit settlement subsystem.
3) In settlement subsystem, Modify details like 'Ultimate Beneficiary'.
4) Click the button 'Save' and check system throws the error: 'Failed to Save' or not.
