Symptoms
If perform Payment and VAMI for Spread change with one and the same date, the penalty components disappeared.
perform Payment and VAMI today there is no issue with penalties, but if perform Payment today, run EOD and on the next day perform VAMI with the same date like payment date, the penalty components will disappeared.
