OL Contract Creation In OLDTRONL Screen Fails With Error 'OL-COM-001-A Loan Contract Cannot be linked more than one Commitment Contract' (Doc ID 2711303.1)

When user is trying to create an OL Contract with copying existing OL Contract and attach one commitment to it, System throws an error .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Function ID OLDTRONL.
2. Load the screen. Input all the required field values.
3 .Go to ‘Linkages’ tab. Input commitment ref no.
4.Click the ‘Save Button 'and check user getting any error or not.
