ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to add SMTP Authentication details Username and Password on SMTP configuration screen as no input field
is available


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to configure username and password on the SMTP configuration screen of superadmin user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1> Login to Admin User
2> Go to System configuration->SMTP
3> Check on Authentication flag
