Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Currently system is sending emails to all users in the checker list for all the mandates satisfied by the transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System must send only single notification email , even if transaction sanctifies multiple mandates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a transaction , which satisfies multiple mandates.
2. Check for the email notifications received by the checkers.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, checker user receives multiple email notification for same transaction.
