ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System allows to delete the cancellation request from PMSTRNCL and there is no way to track the user that created the request and authorized it.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to track the cancelled request even after deletion of cancel operation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to transaction cancellation request screen.
2. Enter host code,Select cancellation request reference number,Requested date and all necessary fields,Cancel the liquidated transaction.
3  After system allows to delete the cancellation request from PMSTRNCL,Check whether you can track cancelled request even after deletion of cancel operation.
