Symptoms

When attempting to Approve/Reject Transaction,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"System cannot process the request, please try again later."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Corporate Application
2. Go to "Approver Dashboard"
3. Select a Transaction to approve or reject
4. Server side error appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Corporate Customer is not able to approve/reject transactions.
