When attempting manual repayment of UPFR_FEE (linked to INIT event as deferred charge), the following error occurs.

Error Code : CL-PMTV37
Error Message : Sum of Amount Settled should be Equal to Sum of Amount Paid Across Components


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) New - Loan account number: L10ECTB200080004
2) Populate Due - OK. Upfront fee amount (111 CZK) is displayed
3) Click on UPFR_FEE_I component
4) Define Settlement Amount - 111 CZK
5) Click on Allocate - NOK: Component Details table has not been updated (Amount Paid is empty)
6) Click on Save -
7. Observe the erro NOK: CL-PMTV37 Sum of Amount Settled should be Equal to Sum of Amount Paid Across Components
