Symptoms

Domestic demand draft is failing for both using payee as well as using Adhoc demand draft. Also, cutoff message is not visible for adhoc demand draft option.

ERROR

Online Demand draft request failed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail/Corporate user.
2. Initiate domestic demand draft.
3. On confirmation screen error is displayed as "Online Demand draft request failed."

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to initiate domestic demand draft transaction.
