Display of field 45B in MT707 sent to ATB party should be correct
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create LC contract in LCDTRONL with incoterm provided as well as shipment details provided
2. in LCDAMEND make a change in the address in field FROM
3. check generated MT707 and field 45B
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct display of field 45B in MT707.
