Symptoms
When attempting to post Single Journal entry on an Account
the following error occurs.

ST-LM113 Amount exceeds line limit
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post a Single journal entry on an account having sufficient Limit Available balance
2. Authorize the transaction and verify the updated account balance
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot withdraw any amount form the reported account impacting customer requirement
