Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 Profile screen not displaying all below values

1- National Id
2- Passport
3- Communication Address
4- Contact Number(Mobile)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Profile screen should fetch and display all respective values.

1- National Id
2- Passport
3- Communication Address
4- Contact Number(Mobile)

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX
2. Go TO Account Settings > My Preference > My Profile
3. See the displayed values

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see all the desired values on profile

Changes

 No Changes in the Environment, product , account and hardware that trigger the problem
