"Payment Details" Field Is Missing on Adhoc Domestic Sepa Payment (Doc ID 2712726.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When initially accessing the "Adhoc Domestic Payment" screen there is a "Payment Details" field where user can input the payment details comments,
but when changing on "Adhoc International" or "Adhoc Internal" screen, and then back to "Adhoc Domestic Payment" , "Payment Details" field is missing
and the only workaround is to refresh again the webpage.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Payment Details" field should be present on adhoc domestic payment screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user
2. Goto Payments > Payment & Transfers > Adhoc Payment
3. Adhoc payment screen Payment details field is not there.
