Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

System allows the user to authorize a Guarantee Claim Lodgment through the screen(LCDGUONL)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
-------------------------
System should allow the user to authorize Guarantee Claim Lodgment only through screen(LCDGCLM) if not, authorizer will be missing to review the details of the Claim

STEPS:
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System allows the user to authorize a Guarantee Claim Lodgment through the screen LCDGUONL
2. The expectation is, System should allow the user to authorize Guarantee Claim Lodgment only through LCDGCLM screen.
3. if not, authorizer will be missing to review the details of the Claim, that should not be allowed.
