ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is able to add same existing customer multiple times on same account
User have setup SYP_AUTO_GEN_CUS_NBR = N. Now, User is able to post "ADD EXISTING CUSTOMER" on the same account multiple times by providing same customer number.
As a result, user can see multiple records in cus_acc_relations table with exact same combination of CAR_CUS_ID, CAR_AAD_ID, CAR_ENABLED_IND.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow same customer adding multiple times with different relation type too.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the value of SYP_AUTO_GEN_CUS_NBR = N
2. Pick up an account in customer service.
3. Check for any existing customer number and add existing customer by posting a add customer transaction on this account
4.Again, post the same transaction with same customer number but (diff relation type) and verify.
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot have one existing customer addition in the account.
