Symptoms
When attempting to create a term deposit
the following error occurs.
ERROR

'System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application with the user.
2. Navigate to term deposit and create term deposit with insufficient balance.
3. System displays the error message 'System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.'
Changes
There are no changes in the environment,product,account and hardware that trigger the problem.
