ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Audit info is not updated for certain table when other fields are updated
We observed that LAST_UPDATE_DATE is not updated in few tables such as ACCOUNTS, ACCOUNT_DUE_DATE_HISTORY, TXNS_NON_MONETARY_TEMP, TXNS tables.
Few examples of transactions are ACC_CHANGE_PMT_DEFAULT_SPREAD, ACC_LINKED_ACCOUNT_MAINT, PMT_HIERARCHY_MAINT, ACC_CONT_MAINT, DDT_REV AND REPOST.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LAST_UPDATE_DATE date should get updated when performing update on the tables.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Customer service --> Maintenance Tab
2. Add a new record to post the "CHANGE DEFAULT PAYMENT SPREAD" transaction
3. Verify the transaction posted successfully.
4. Verify the last update date and last update values in the table.
