Symptoms

International demand draft is failing for both using payee as well as using Adhoc demand draft. Also, cutoff message is not visible for adhoc international demand draft option.

Rejected by host.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail/Corporate user.
2. Initiate international demand draft.
3. On confirmation screen error is displayed as "Rejected by host."

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to initiate international demand draft transaction.
