Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 user list is created with same name by different customers, emails are send to the users of other customer also.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 user list is created with same name by different customers, emails must be sent only to users which belong to the customer, for which the transactions is done.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create user list with same name for more than one customer.
2. Assign the user list while creating the Mandate rules for transactions.
3. Perform the transaction for a user and check which all users receive email alerts.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users of other customer also receive email alerts.
