Symptoms

When attempting to Login though Internet Banking,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"The system has encountered an error while processing the request"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Corporate/Retail Application
2. Error Message comes as "The system has encountered an error while processing the request"

BUSINESS IMPACT
