All The Phone Numbers Are Not Reflecting In Subject Information Of CRR As Per ECM. (Doc ID 2714336.1)

Symptoms

Report: USSAR
Version: 8.0.7.0.0

Problem description: All the Phone numbers are not reflecting in 'Subject Information' of CRR when a case promoted from ECM.

1. Login to ECM and designate multiple parties as as suspect(Party can be accounts/customers/employees/involved party/external entity in ECM application)
2. Generate SAR from ECM application.
3. Login to CRR and open respective report created from step 2.
4. Verify phone, address, email of suspect parties which were marked in ECM have been flown to CRR or not.

Actual result: As the customer is designated as 'Suspect', only limited information is copied to kdd_case_involved_party table of ECM. So, user could see very few details of suspect party in CRR.

Expected result: All provided details(phone, address, email) of suspected party should promote to CRR.
