CASTR:ACCOUNT INFORMATION OF TRANSACTIONS ARE GETTING VALIDATE IN APPROVE BUTTON INSTEAD OF VALIDATE BUTTON

Problem description: Click on Validate button shows 'Details are Complete. However on click of approve button system shows 'Required mandatory information on Report Information tab'
Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Login to ECM, select a case which doesn't have Account Type and Status of the account
2. Promote the case to CRR.
3. Login to Canadian STR and select the posted report and add default disposition.
4.Enter all mandatory fields and validate on respective grids.
5. On click of validate, 'Details are complete' message will get display.
6. Now click on approve button, 'Required mandatory information on Report Information tab'
Expected Result: By clicking on approve button, user should be able to take approve action.
Actual result: 'Required mandatory information on Report Information tab' message is getting displayed.
