Symptoms
When trying to view term deposit account details of the inactive /closed td accounts, the below error encountered.

System cannot process the request currently, please try later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDx
2. Dashboard --> Accounts widget --> choose inactive/closed td account
3. Click on deposit details
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to see TD Account details for inactive TD
