Symptoms

On : 19.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to create "Administrator User Group" for "Administrator" User Type,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"The system displays the error System cannot process the request currently. Please try later. "


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Admin User
2. Add "Administrator User Group" for "Administrator" User Type
3. Error Message appears as "The system displays the error System cannot process the request currently. Please try later. "

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Admin User is not able to create "Administrator User Group" for "Administrator" User Type
