Term Deposit Redemption fails with Error TD-REDM02 in ICDREDMN (Doc ID 2714837.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform full redemption of a Term Deposit
the following error occurs.

ERROR

TD-REDM02 - Failed in processing the transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query a TD from Redemption screen ICDREDMN
2. Perform full redemption
3. Save and authorize the redemption and verify the funds debited and credited

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot redeem a Term Deposit successfully impacting customer requirement
