Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Translation of PDF Statements
PDF account statements are not translated in the language that User selects. It is always received in English language.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PDF account statement should be received in the language user used for log in into OBDX.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Retail/ Corporate User
2. Change Language from English to Lithuanian
3. Go to Account Statement
4. Download PDF Statement
