RC-O Memo lines related to US Government Guarantees:
1. Memo line 6: How is the system deducting securities/investments which are guaranteed by US govt in line 6. Line 6 uses BP (BPFD1912, BPFD1913) which is deducting the guaranteed amount (A_DIM_STANDARD_GUAR_TYPE.V_STANDARD_PARTY_TYPE_CODE IN ('SOV','GOA','GSA') THEN COALESCE(FCT_REG_ACCOUNT_SUMMARY.N_GUARANTEED_AMT_RCY,0) ELSE 0 END)). How would this exclude securities/investments which are guaranteed by US govt, its agencies, or its government-sponsored agencies.
2. Memo Line 7.a, and 8.a is using stg_mitigant.n_mitigant_value to source mitigant value to calculate sov guaranteed amount (RLUS_FRAS_CR_LINE_SOV_GUAR_AM) in case of credit line. However, line 6 (BPFD1919) and 9.a (BPFD1918) is using STG_CREDIT_LINE_DETAILS. N_GUARANTEED_AMT. Why is it being done differently?
3. Memo line 10.b uses BPs in case of credit line: BPFD1920, BPFD1921. These BPs are using FCT_REG_CREDIT_LINE_DETAILS.N_GUARANTEED_AMT_RCY. The regulation talks about amount which is recoverable from the U.S. government under guarantee. How is the system making sure that FRAS. N_GUARANTEED_AMT_RCY used in these BPs are guaranteed by US govt.
4. Memo line 11: Memo line 11: solution is using STG_FIXED_ASSETS_DETAILS.N_MAX_AMT_RCVR_GOVT_INS_GUA--> FCT_FIXED_ASSETS.N_MAX_AMT_RCVR_GOVT_INS_GUA (Captures the amount of other real estate owned recoverable from the U.S. government under guarantee or insurance provisions). This def talks about only US govt and talk about ts agencies, or its government-sponsored agencies)
