Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to create a record in Outbound Non-Urgent Payment Preference Screen (PMDONPRF)
the following error occurs.

ERROR

SYSERROR - System error occurred. Contact system administrator for assistance.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new record in PMDONPRF.
2. Provide mandatory field on screen and click on save.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create record in PMDONPRF screen.
