The Password Validator Doesn't Validate The Case-Sensitive Restricated Password Words. (Doc ID 2716552.1)

When attempting to maintain password policy,
the following error occurs.

The password policy validators/checks does not check for case sensitive words.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application and create one password policy 'not to be common password'
2. Set some restricted passwords using password Policy maintenance section through ADMIN
3. Try to use case sensitive restricted passwords.
