When attempting to search for empty fields in IFSC Code on transfer money screen,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application with retail user
2. Transfer Money Page --> New Payee --> selecting "Transfer Via" field value as "bank Account"
3. Enter the required details and in empty fields search for the IFSC code
