Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On clicking resend OTP during self registration, the same is not received.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer must receive OTP when they click on resend OTP during self registration
STEPS
-----------------------
1. launch the OBDX Home Page and click on Self Registration
2. Complete the steps and on OTP page, click on Resend OTP if first OTP is not received.
3. No OTP is generated in second attempt.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot self register into NetBanking Application.
