ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Claim money module, password policy rules are enforced without information.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In Claim money module, password policy information should be presented on screen so that user can input new password as per rule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to obdx home page.
2. Open claim money and enter details mobile number/security code.
3. Click on 'New user to bank' and then fill up the details and put the password which doesn't comply password policy. Additionally, there should be password policy information on the same screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users does not know password policy against which Password he has entered will be validated
