Symptoms

When attempting to add peer to peer add payee,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
No error is Visible but UI is distorted


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Claim money using peer to peer transfer.
2. Login with existing user and complete the transaction.
3. add it as payee.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to add peer to peer as payee.
