Symptoms


For the Savings and current accounts, for Retail/Corporate Users

Below are the issues faced:
 
 1: Review screen does not display features and specification it comes out to be blank.
 2: On click of edit from review screen , and further clicking on continue, system displays "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."

ERROR

1) No details on the screen
2) The system cannot process the request currently.Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the below steps:

1)Choose savings product to initate the origination
2)Fill all the details and click continue
3)After navigating to review screen, click on edit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are complete Application of Saving and Current Account via origination
