Symptoms
When attempting to click on 'forgot username' on the login page
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The system cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reach to OBDX Login page
2. Click "Forgot Username"
3. Input "Email-Id" & "DOB" of corporate User and Submit
4. Error receives "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."
