Symptoms

iOS workspace build is getting failing in Xcode 12

After quarterly PS 5 is applied, tried to setup the iOS workspace, but build fails.

ERROR
-----------------------

Command CompileSwift failed with a nonzero exit code' and 'Module compiled with Swift 5.2.4 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.3 compiler



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use iOS workspace available in PS 5
2. Try to compile the code using OS version: 10.15.6 and Code version : 12.0
