Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Admin user Payee restriction setup screen review data is missing
and ok button missing on confirmation screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Review data and ok button on confirmation screen should be shown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to obdx application as admin user.
2. Click on the toggle menu and navigate to Payments-->Payee Restriction
3. Click on edit, do the changes and click on save
4. Data missing from review screen and ok button also not visible in confirmation screen.
